Will County Marriage Licenses
For those getting married in Will County, you can apply for your marriage/civil union license at our office. The marriage license is valid for 60 days. It’s by appointment only, between 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; last appoint is 3 p.m. and both parties need to attend. Call 630-759-1317 to schedule.
The fee is $35, for an additional $16 you can order two official certified copies. We strongly suggest you order the two copies. We accept only cash as we do not have change. Information on what documents you need as well as a fillable pdf application is here.

First-Time Passports
An appointment for a first-time passport can be scheduled by calling 630-759-1317, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
This facility is by appointment only, starting at 9 a.m., with last appointment at 3 p.m. The processing fee is $35 per applicant, cash only. The additional U.S. State Department fees must be paid by check or money order.

Will County Recorder of Deeds satellite office
A representative of the Will County Recorder of Deeds office is at 241 Canterbury Lane Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:30 a.m. Noon and 1-4:30 p.m. Services include recording real estate documents and military discharges as well as providing copies of recorded documents. The fee is $1 per page, free to seniors (55+).

Will County Center for Community Concerns
The Will County Center for Community Concerns is Will County’s local community action agency that serves vulnerable families, helping empower them to become more self-sufficient. Community Concerns offer a variety of services including mortgage counseling, rental assistance, utility assistance and job placement services. Visit their website to learn about all their services.
Community Concerns locally administers the LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) program to help Will County residents with their Nicor and ComEd bills during the winter months. A caseworker from Community Concerns is available at DuPage Township’s administration building, 241 Canterbury Lane, every Monday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. from October to August.

Catholic Charities: Aging and Disability Services
Catholic Charities Diocese of Joliet offers information & assistance, care coordination, crisis intervention, options counseling, and volunteer opportunities for older adults and persons with disabilities. Caregiver programming is provided to support family caregivers and grandparents raising grandchildren. A caseworker from Catholic Charities is available at DuPage Township the first and third Wednesday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the township administration building, 241 Canterbury Lane, Bolingbrook. Notary & Self-Serve Paper Shredding
Notary service is available at 241 Canterbury Lane, Bolingbrook, call 630-759-1317 to check availability of our Notary.
Self-serve paper shredding is available at the Levy Center, 251 Canterbury Lane, Bolingbrook during normal business hours (8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.). The commercial shredder is self-serve and free to use. Residents need not be a senior to use the shredder.
