Illinois Benefits Access Program
Our staff helps to facility the services of this program: senior license plate discount application and the RTA ADA Paratransit Transit application. You can also apply online here.

Access Will County
Staff can also assist with registration for the Access Will County Dial-A-Ride program. This program provides curb-to-curb rides to the senior and disabled residents of Will County, Monday to Friday, 6 a.m.-5 p.m. With this program you can travel throughout Will County and portions of collar Cook County

You can complete the one-page application by coming into our office or over the phone with a staff member.

You can also register by calling the Will County Mobility Manager at (815) 774-6346 or colinphillips@willcounty.gov.

The application asks basic information, including age, address, and mobility aids. As well as demographic information. This information enables our transportation provider, Pace Suburban Bus, to assign an accessible vehicle to you when scheduling rides.

You can schedule a ride 1-7 days in advance by calling Pace (800) 244-4410, Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-5 p.m.
Fees are $2 one-way/$4 roundtrip within your Township and $4 one-way/$8 roundtrip outside of your Township..

Catholic Charities: Aging and Disability Services (1st and 3rd Wednesday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)
Aging & Disability Services at Catholic Charities offer options counseling, information & assistance, care coordination, crisis intervention and volunteer opportunities for older adults and persons with disabilities. Caregiver programming is provided to support family caregivers and grandparents raising grandchildren. A caseworker from Catholic Charities is available at the township administration building.

Veterans Assistance Commission (2nd Tuesday of the month, 8:30 am – Noon)
The Veterans Assistance Commission of Will County’s mission is to protect, promote, and provide services to Veterans as honorably and selflessly as they had done for us in the past. Programs

The current programs offered at the VACWC are Veterans Financial Assistance, Employment Assistance Program, Combat Veteran Counseling, Homeless Veteran Prevention Program, Department of Veteran Affair Compensation/Pension.
