DuPage Township is in Will County, Illinois. It was established on November 6, 1849. It encompasses a vast majority of Bolingbrook and a partial area of Romeoville and (Southeast) Naperville. As of the 2010 census, its population was 87,793 and it contained 28,861 housing units making it the most populous township in the county. As the county of the same name which it borders on the north, this township is named after the DuPage River.

Geographical information according to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 36.77 square miles, of which 36.26 square miles is land and 0.5 square miles is water.
